Puerh is under dark tea (heicha) category, also known as post-fermented tea. It originates from Yunnan province.
Good-quality puerh is characterized by its sweet and mild mouthfeel. A sip of it will leave you subtly rejuvenated. Aged puerh which takes longer time to develop its taste profile is even more precious.
Puerh is divided into either raw or cooked one. They are different in terms of production and taste.
